A stone ledger in the fireplace area with a 60” distressed espresso wooden mantle above a 42” electric fireplace with a 55” TV on a heavy duty bracket. Four recessed lights were installed on the dimmer in the living room and the existing lighting on the ceiling near the tv was replaced with recessed lighting. A cambria fieldstone finished quartz counter top with a signature white 30” farm sink and a kohler bellera pullout faucet with a vs finish as well as a insinkeratoer 880 garbage disposal was installed in the kitchen. Waypoint cabinetry 650f painted linen installed in the kitchen. Anatolia bliss random midnight decorative tile backsplash compliments the Armstrong time for tea pigment degree lvt flooring which was installed throughout the kitchen, living room, hall, dining area and bedrooms. A 32” pedestal sink with brushed nickel fittings was installed in the Lavette area with a Kohler 11076-4 BN faucet. 24 x 30” mirrored medicine cabinet and a kohler highline comfort height toilet with a soft close seat were also installed in the Lavette. In the master bath 650F cabinetry was installed. A Cirrus vanity top and shower bench top was installed with 2 rectangle undermount sinks and 2 vanity faucets. Anatolia cen Ash6 x 24” tile used for flooring of the master bathroom.
