A cambria quartz countertop for the kitchen with an Alba70/30 16 gauge stainless steel undermount sink with grid and a kohler simplice pullout faucet in VS finish. Unfinished 2 ¼” red oak used for the kitchen, closets, hallway, laundry room, and lavette. A Fabr312 white porcelain backsplash. Three pendant light fixtures installed above island and flush mount recessed lighting above the sink.
